Copyright Protection के प्रति हमारी प्रतिबद्धता

हम Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) और भारतीय Copyright Act, 1957 का पालन करते हैं। हमारा सारा content original है या properly licensed sources से लिया गया है।

अगर किसी भी कारण से copyrighted material unintentionally हमारी website पर appear हो गया है, तो हम takedown request पर तुरंत action लेते हैं।

DMCA Takedown Notice कैसे भेजें?

अगर आप copyright owner हैं (या authorized representative) और मानते हैं कि हमारी website पर कोई content आपके copyright का उल्लंघन करता है, तो कृपया एक written notice भेजें जिसमें ये information शामिल हो:

Notice में ये शामिल करें:

  • आपका नाम और संपर्क जानकारी — full name, email, phone number, postal address
  • Copyrighted work की पहचान — किस original work का copyright infringe हो रहा है? URL या description provide करें
  • Infringing content की location — हमारी website पर exactly कहाँ ये content है? Specific URL दें
  • Good faith statement — आपका ये विश्वास कि ये content बिना अनुमति के use हो रहा है
  • Accuracy statement — ये declaration कि notice में दी गई information accurate है
  • Authorization — आपका ये statement कि आप copyright owner हैं या authorized representative
  • Physical या electronic signature

हमारी Response प्रक्रिया

Valid DMCA notice मिलने पर हम:

  • Notice को 24-48 hours में acknowledge करेंगे
  • Claim investigate करेंगे
  • अगर claim valid है — infringing content 72 hours के अंदर remove करेंगे
  • Repeat offenders की content publishing restrict करेंगे

Counter-Notice (प्रतिवाद)

अगर आपको लगता है कि आपका content ग़लती से remove किया गया है (false DMCA claim), तो आप counter-notice file कर सकते हैं:

  • आपका नाम और contact information
  • Removed content की identification
  • Statement कि removal "mistake" या "misidentification" है
  • Consent to jurisdiction — Indian courts की
  • आपका signature

False Claims की Warning

DMCA process का misuse (false claims file करना) legal consequences ला सकता है। False DMCA notices perjury (झूठी गवाही) के अंतर्गत आ सकती हैं। कृपया notice तभी file करें जब आप genuinely अपना copyright infringed मानते हों।

हमारी Original Content Policy

Golden Rashifal पर publish होने वाला content:

  • 100% original लिखा जाता है
  • किसी अन्य website से copy नहीं किया जाता
  • Images — या तो self-created, या properly licensed stock images use होती हैं
  • Traditional texts (शास्त्र, पुराण) से quotes reference के रूप में use होते हैं — ये public domain content है

DMCA notice का response time कितना है?
हम valid DMCA notice को 24-48 hours में acknowledge करते हैं। Investigation और removal (अगर claim valid हो) 72 hours के अंदर complete की जाती है।
क्या मैं आपका content अपनी website पर use कर सकता हूँ?
बिना written permission के नहीं। आप link share कर सकते हैं। Short quotes (2-3 lines) with proper attribution और source link के साथ acceptable हैं। Full articles copy करना copyright infringement है।
पुराणों और शास्त्रों से quotes copyright में आते हैं?
प्राचीन ग्रंथ (वेद, पुराण, उपनिषद) public domain हैं — इनका text किसी की copyright property नहीं है। लेकिन किसी specific translation, commentary, या interpretation का copyright उसके author/publisher के पास होता है।
अगर किसी ने मेरा content copy करके यहाँ publish किया है?
ऐसा होने की संभावना बहुत कम है क्योंकि हमारा content in-house लिखा जाता है। फिर भी, अगर आपको ऐसा लगे तो DMCA notice भेजें — हम seriously investigate करेंगे। False claim हो तो legal consequences भी हो सकते हैं।
